As you all have heard, we accidentally misused the Eanes Crest in our original campaign logo. One would think this would not be a big deal and could be resolved pretty easily, but no. Eanes ISD hired outside attorneys, sent threatening letters (saying I could go to jail), and even posted an item to Board meeting to take official legal action against my campaign even though we said we were working to comply with their requests. 

We are sorry this logo shenanigans has distracted our campaign and the Board of Trustees from focusing on real issues in Eanes - the $1.9 million and growing budget deficit, the loss of 21% of Eanes teachers in 2023, and a lack of trust between the Eanes community and the board.
 
 


If you don't want to see me go to jail over this and you have campaign swag with the Eanes Crest on it, cover it up with the sticker we provided.
